  • Competitive Strategic Planning – The team is committed to staying abreast of industry trends and leveraging advanced technologies to improve overall participant experience and increase event ROI.
     
  • Unlimited Consultation – Consultations and meetings will take place during in-person meetings, conference calls, or via e-mail.
     
  • Meeting/Conference Design – The Howerton+Wooten Events professional team works with you to create the overall theme for your meeting or conference. Howerton+Wooten Events provide you with options based upon décor, graphics and printed materials.
     
  • Budget Management – The Howerton+Wooten Events team will work with you to adhere to your budget by using their expertise to negotiate the best rates and services of your vendor partners. They will also recommend the best allocation of your meeting dollars.
     
  • Site Selection – Members of the Howerton+Wooten Events team will research and recommend the hotel/venues available to best suit your needs. Negotiate the hotel/venue agreement.
     
  • Strategic Marketing and Communications – They will use their expertise to revise and/or create a strategic print and electronic marketing plan. In addition to increasing attendance, they will work with you to identify and attract new audiences for your meetings and conferences.
     
  • Tradeshow Management – Howerton+Wooten Events will manage and supervise your tradeshow to ensure that your organization provides the best return to your exhibitors. They will work closely with the general contractor to determine the most efficient exhibit hall operations, and they will advise you on your most profitable sponsorship options.
     
  • Logistics Management – This includes overall meeting operations, such as pre- and on-site event management and staffing, catering, audiovisual, speaker management, and post-meeting analysis/reports.
     
  • Housing – Negotiate housing agreements. Professional liaison throughout the meeting/conference to ensure that housing is managed.
     
  • Spouse Programs – Research, coordinate and manage creative and unique spouse programs that cater to both genders.
     
  • VIP Coordination and Management – The Howerton+Wooten Events team has more than 16 years experience managing organization leaders and VIPs. They can work with you to design, coordinate and manage board retreats, meetings and high-level events that range in attendance from 20 to 1,000.
