Events primary expertise lies in full service meeting and
conference management, starting with pre-planning to on-site
execution to post-conference review and evaluation.
As former non-profit meeting planners with the Certified Meeting
Professional designation, we understand that your meetings and
events should always tie back to your mission. Our award-winning

Strategic Planning Our team is committed to staying abreast of

participant experience and increase event ROI.

Consultation Consultations and meetings will take place during
in-person meetings, conference calls, or via e-mail.

Meeting/Conference Design We can work with you to create the
overall theme for your meeting or conference. We will provide you with
options based upon dιcor, graphics and printed materials.

Budget
Management We work with you to adhere to your budget by using our
expertise to negotiate the best rates and services of your vendor
partners. We will also recommend the best allocation of your meeting
dollars.

Site
Selection We will research and recommend the hotel/venues
available to best suit your needs. Negotiate the hotel/venue agreement.

Strategic
Marketing and Communications We will use our expertise to revise
and/or create a strategic print and electronic marketing plan. In
addition to increasing attendance, we will work with you to identify and
attract new audiences for your meetings and conferences.

Tradeshow
Management We will manage and supervise your tradeshow to ensure
that your organization provides the best return to your exhibitors. We
will work closely with the general contractor to determine the most
efficient exhibit hall operations, and we will advise you on your most
profitable sponsorship options.

Logistics
Management This includes overall meeting operations, such as pre-
and on-site event management and staffing, catering, audiovisual,
speaker management, and post-meeting analysis/reports.

Housing
Negotiate housing agreements. Professional liaison throughout the
meeting/conference to ensure that housing is managed.

Spouse
Programs Research, coordinate and manage creative and unique
spouse programs that cater to both genders.

VIP
Coordination and Management The H+W Events team has more than 15
years experience managing organization leaders and VIPs. We can work
with you to design, coordinate and manage board retreats, meetings and
high-level events that range in attendance from 20 to 1,000.
