We understand that your wedding experience should be filled with joyful memories, not uneasiness. That is why we sit down with you during our first meeting to assess what is important to you. After we determine your wedding needs and dreams, we provide you with personal consultation, and aid you with the research, recommendation, creative direction and management of your wedding dream!

Full Wedding Management


This service includes comprehensive planning on all aspects of a wedding for the couple who would like the complete guidance and management of a professional wedding consultant; or the couple who doesn’t have the time required to design and plan a wedding. We perform the research for you, work with you to determine options, and guide you through every detail.

  • Unlimited Consultation – Consultations and meetings will take place during in-person meetings, conference calls, or via e-mail.

  • Personal Brand Consultation and Event Design – This includes a consultation with a brand manager to help you develop your personal style and brand, and this includes a meeting to help you develop the concept for your theme and décor.

  • Budget Guidance and Preparation – We will help you determine the best allocation of your wedding dollars.

  • Wedding Planning Timeline Preparation and Bridal Binder Creation – We will help you to create a wedding timeline based upon your wedding date. We will also create a planning binder for you with the planning tabs, bridal resources (such as marriage license instructions, name change and etiquette advisement).

  • Engagement Announcement & Wedding Announcement – We will work with your local and preferred print media for the announcement of your engagement and the announcement of your wedding.

  • Wedding Stationery and Favor Research, Recommendation and Coordination – This includes the development of the wedding program, and the address and mailing of engagement announcements, “save the date” notices, and wedding invitations.

  • RSVP Service – We will provide you with an address for the receipt delivery of your wedding responses. We will manage the RSVP lists and we will provide you with a weekly report until the week of the wedding and a daily report during your wedding week.

  • Suitable Vendor Research, Recommendation and Appointment Scheduling – We will research, recommend and negotiate the agreements with creative, competent vendors based on your wedding needs. Once the agreement is signed, we will act as the professional liaison to the vendors. The vendors include (but is not limited to) officiant, caterers, baker, photographers, calligraphers, florists, valets, limousine companies, and specialty rental companies.

  • Venue Research, Recommendation and Appointment Scheduling – We will research, recommend, and negotiate the agreement with the wedding and/or reception venues based on upon your wedding needs and dreams. Once the agreement is signed, we will act as the professional liaison to the venue and we will perform the final walk-through.

  • Cake Designer and Menu Research and Tasting – We will guide you through the menu recommendations based upon your needs and preferences, accompany you and guide you through the menu and cake tasting, and assist you in the final menu selections and guarantee.

  • Bride and Groom Attire Assistance – We will assist you with your wedding attire by scheduling and accompanying you to appointments with bridal salons and tailors and/or tuxedo shops.

  • Make-Up Consultation – We will assist you with the selection and scheduling of a make-up artist.

  • “Out of Town” Guest Assistance – We will negotiate special hotel rates for rooms blocks for out-of-town guests. We will assist with Unique Welcome Gift Basket Ideas, and we will assist with all transportation needs and arrangements. We will provide your out-of-town guests with local information and tourist info for them to use at their leisure.

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination – We will work with the venue’s assigned coordinator to ensure that rehearsal runs as smoothly as possible.

  • Complete Wedding Day Coordination and Management – Our team greets the bridal party and the wedding vendors during the day of the event. We provide the bridal party, the vendors, and the venue representative with a wedding day timeline, and our team will manage all of your on-site wedding day details.

  • Bouquet Preservation – We will recommend a bouquet preservation service and coordinate the delivery of the bouquet.

Partial Wedding Management


We understand that some couples will begin their wedding planning; secure several details then hit a roadblock (such as time management or vendor management). Or maybe you have decided that you simply want to have fun on the big day without worrying about all of the little details. With this package, we offer professional guidance to help you organize the planning process, find the right vendors, achieve the right look and feel for your big day, and relax!

  • Unlimited Consultation for 60 days – Consultations and meetings will take place during in-person meetings, conference calls, or via e-mail.

  • Budget Guidance and Preparation – We will advise you regarding the best allocation of your wedding dollars.

  • Wedding Planning Timeline Preparation and Bridal Binder Creation – We will help you to create a wedding timeline based upon your wedding date. We will also create a planning binder for you with the planning tabs, bridal resources (such as marriage license instructions, name change and etiquette advisement).

  • Preferred Vendor and Venue List – We will provide you with a list of our pre-screened, preferred vendor partners, and help you identify the vendors that best suit your style, your needs and your personal budget. You will then be able to interview and secure them for your big day!

  • Venue Appointment Negotiation – We will assist you with the negotiation of your agreements with the wedding and/or reception venues based on upon your wedding needs and dreams.

  • Professional Liaison to Confirmed Vendors – We will follow-up with the vendors that are booked by you to confirm all of the contractual obligations for the wedding day. We will perform a final walk-through during the week prior to your wedding. On the day of the wedding, we will receive deliveries and greet vendors and distribute final payments to all vendors.

  • Menu and Cake Tasting – We will guide you through the tasting, and assist you in the menu selections and final guarantee.

  • Bridal Gown Assistance – We will accompany you to one of your bridal salon visits.

  • “Out of Town” Guest Assistance – We will provide your guests with hotel details, transportation options, and tourist info.

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination – We will work with the venue’s assigned coordinator to ensure that rehearsal runs as smoothly as possible. Prior to your rehearsal, we collect all of the items that should be set up at your wedding.

Wedding Month Management (also known as a Wedding Day Coordinator)


Even if you have completed all your own planning, you will definitely have peace of mind knowing that a professional wedding consultant is on hand during the final weeks of your wedding experience.

  • Unlimited Consultation for 30 days (depending upon the signature of the contract) – Consultations and meetings will take place within the month prior to the wedding. During these meetings, we will discuss budget adjustments, final vendor selections, décor and last minute details that are not completed.

  • Professional Liaison to Confirmed Vendors – We will follow-up with the vendors that are booked by you to confirm all of the contractual obligations for the wedding day.   • Coaching – Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Pulled in different directions? We offer one-hour confidential meetings that can be booked at any stage in the planning process without need for a contract. You can talk to one of our experienced event professionals or you can come and participate in one of our “Girls Only Dessert Parties” to relieve your stress with delectable chocolates, discussion of similar issues with your fellow brides, and best of all, laughter!

  • Design and Décor Advice – We will join you for a meeting at the ceremony or reception venue to discuss the overall look of the reception where we will discuss color and theme, and help you choose your table linens, centerpieces, floral design, stationery (to include menu cards) and other decorations.

  • Destination Wedding Planning – We will assist you with your preferred level of destination planning so that you and your guests can enjoy a fabulous wedding weekend! H+W Events will work with you to create a customized weekend in a location as close as Cape May, NJ and as far as Tuscany. It’s up to you, so let’s discuss the details!

  • Favors – Our services include the research, recommendation and coordination of unique wedding favors that fit your style, wedding and budget.

  • Hourly Consultations – One-hour meetings can be booked at any stage in the planning process without need for a contract, and can be used for general advice, budget help, creative suggestions, menu planning, etiquette guidance and more!

  • Invitation Design and Mailing Service – We will work with you and a highly-reputable paper professional to research, design, collate, address (in calligraphy) and mail “save the date” notices and wedding invitations.

  • Invitation RSVP Service – Reserve this service, and we will provide you with an RSVP address (snail mail and electronic) for the receipt delivery of your wedding responses. We will manage the RSVP lists and provide you with a weekly RSVP report until the week of the wedding and a daily report during your wedding week. We will also provide a telephone service call to guests that have not replied less than 10 days prior to your wedding date.

  • Menu Card Design and Printing – We know food! Therefore, our service will work with you to design, write and print your menu cards based on your wedding style. We will ensure that the proper wording and etiquette is addressed when it comes to the courses and the menu description. In addition, we will print and deliver your cards to your wedding site.

  • “Out of Town” Guest Management – We will negotiate special hotel rates for rooms blocks for out-of-town guests. We will assist with Unique Welcome Gift Basket Ideas, and we will assist with all transportation needs and arrangements. We will provide your out-of-town guests with local information and tourist info for them to use at their leisure.

  • “Out of Town” Guest Welcome Bags/Baskets – We will design, coordinate and deliver Unique Welcome Bags for “out of town” wedding guests. The gift bags will include welcome amenities, and information regarding transportation arrangements, local information and tourist info for them to use at their leisure.

  • Proposal Planning – This is where the groom can plan a special wedding moment! We will meet with the groom to discuss and coordinate his vision and dream for a wedding proposal that will be cherished by everyone for many, many years.

  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination and Management – Use our services to ensure that the rehearsal dinner is as flawless as the wedding. We will work with you to secure a venue, select a menu and ensure that the seating assignment is perfect.

  • Vendor Referral – We will provide you with a list of our pre-screened, preferred vendor partners, and help you identify the vendors that best suit your style, your needs and your personal budget. You will then be able to interview and secure them for your big day!

  • Venue Research, Recommendation and Appointment Scheduling – We will research, recommend, and negotiate the agreement with the wedding and/or reception venues based on upon your wedding needs and dreams. We will provide you with a list of our top three recommendations with a cost comparison spreadsheet.

  • Virtual Consultant – Have the help of a professional wedding consultant for a fraction of the price! Get advice and help from a professional wedding consultant whenever you need it with unlimited e-mail contact for a low, monthly price.

  • Vow Renewal – Interested in saying “I Do” all over again! Allow us to plan your ceremony for an intimate gathering of immediate family or a party large enough to last you another milestone anniversary!
