During our first meeting we assess what is important to you. What is your dream for a wedding? What is your personal brand or style? What about your thoughts regarding a budget? After we determine your wedding needs, we assist you with research, vendor recommendation, creative direction and management of your wedding dream!
This service includes comprehensive planning on all aspects of a wedding for the couple who simply doesn’t have the time required to design and plan a gorgeous wedding. We perform the research for you, work with you to determine your options, and guide you through every detail. Please contact us to discuss this service package in further detail.
- Unlimited Communication – Unlimited communication will begin upon execution of the service agreement. Communication will take place in-person, via the telephone and via internet. Members of the Howerton+Wooten Events have a customer service policy regarding phone calls and e-mail messages. We will return your telephone call by the next close of business, and we will return your e-mail message within 24 hours. FYI: We are typically unavailable for phone calls before 9:30 a.m. and after 7:00 p.m. Eastern, and on Sundays.
- A Two-Hour Consultation to Kick Off Your Wedding Planning &ndsah; During this meeting, we discuss the following:
1. How you want your guests to feel as they enjoy your wedding day
2. Your financial comfort zone as it relates to your wedding and reception
3. Wedding vendors that are a good fit with your style, your personality, and budget
4. The recommended game plan to ensuring that all of your wedding tasks are complete.
- Site Design and Décor – We will join you for a site visit at the ceremony venue, and the reception venue to create a wedding design that fits your style and personality. We will listen to your design the overall look of the reception, which includes (but is not limited to) color, theme, table linens, centerpieces, floral design, stationery (to include menu cards) and other decorations.
- Wedding Planning Financial Comfort Zone – We will work with you to advise you on the best allocation of your wedding dollars.
- Wedding Planning Timeline Preparation and Bridal Binder Creation – We will create a customized planning timeline for your wedding. We will also create a planning binder for you with tabs, inspiration photos, and bridal resources (such as marriage license instructions, name change and etiquette advisement).
- Etiquette Advisement – As experienced planners, we will guide you through the ins and outs of invitation wording, RSVPs, parents and in-laws, place settings, escort cards, toasts, dances, wedding gifts/registries, and the proper flow of your wedding and reception.
- Engagement Announcement and Wedding Announcement – We will work with your local, and/or preferred print media for the announcement of your engagement.
- Wedding Stationery and Favor Research, Recommendation and Coordination – The development of the wedding program, and the address and mailing of engagement announcements, "save the date" notices, and wedding invitations.
- Suitable Vendor Research, Recommendation, and Appointment Scheduling – We will research, recommend and negotiate the agreements with the creative, competent vendors that are best suited for your wedding needs. The vendors include (but are not limited to) your wedding officiant, caterer, baker, photographer, calligrapher, floral designer, valet, limousine company, and the specialty rental company.
- Venue Research, Recommendation and Appointment Scheduling – We will research, recommend, and negotiate the agreement with the wedding and/or reception venue(s) that are best suited for your wedding style, needs and/or dreams. Once the agreement is signed, we will act as the professional liaison to the venue and we will perform the final walk-through approximately one week prior to your wedding.
- Professional Liaison to Wedding Vendors and Venue(s) – We will follow-up with the weddings vendors that are booked for your wedding to confirm all of the contractual obligations related to your wedding day. During the month prior to your wedding, we will follow up with your vendors to ensure that all of that all wedding projects/jobs are on track. During the week prior to your wedding, we will perform a final walk-through with all of the confirmed vendors. On the day of the wedding, we will receive deliveries and greet vendors and distribute final payments to all vendors. Immediately after the wedding, we will ensure that arrangements have been made to ensure that all of their equipment is collected.
- Menu and Cake Tasting – We will guide you through the tasting, and assist you in the menu selections and final guarantee.
- Bridal Gown Assistance – We will accompany you to one of your final bridal salon visits.
- Groom Attire Assistance – We will assist you with one of your final wedding attire visits by scheduling and accompanying you to one of the final scheduled appointment(s).
- "Out of Town" Guest Assistance – We will provide your guests with hotel details, transportation options, and tourist info.
- Make-Up Consultation – We will assist you with the research, recommendation, and scheduling of a professional make-up artist for your wedding.
- Escort Card Printing – After you determine your seating assignments for your reception, we will work with you to print your wedding reception escort cards or place cards. If you prefer the work of a calligrapher, we will provide you with the contact information of our recommended calligrapher.
- Wedding Rehearsal Coordination – During the rehearsal, your Howerton+Wooten Events professional consultant will work with the officiant and the venue’s on-site coordinator to ensure that all of your requests are carried out and all of your wedding logistics are addressed.
- Complete Wedding Day Coordination and Management – The Howerton+Wooten Events professionals assigned to take care of your wedding will be the first to arrive on your wedding day and the last to leave (well, security, and the cleaning crew, and the building owners are the LAST ones to leave, but you get the picture!) We will be on-site to manage all of your wedding day details, and we will not rest until all of the details are as they should be. In addition, we provide your immediate family, the bridal party, the vendor professionals, and the venue's on-site coordinator with a detailed wedding day timeline.
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit – On your wedding day, your Howerton+Wooten Events professional consultant will have an emergency kit on hand for those little emergencies and mishaps.
- Ceremony Set-Up – We arrive at your ceremony venue as early as possible to set up the wedding décor, which includes (but is not limited to) the aisle runner, unity candle, pew décor and any additional special touches that we help you create.
- Reception Set-Up – We arrive at your reception venue as early as possible to set-up your reception site. Set-up includes (but is not limited to) the following: Wedding Favors, Escort Cards, Table Numbers, Guest Book, Engagement Portrait, Menu Cards, and all of the special touches that we help you create.
- Tuxedo Return – As a special service to the men in your wedding party, we will collect all of the tuxedos from your groom and groomsmen on your wedding day and return them to the Tuxedo Rental shop.
- Wedding Present/Card Coordination – A member of the Howerton+Wooten Events team will work with one of your family members to get all of your wedding gifts and cards into the appropriate car at the end of the evening.
- Bouquet Preservation – We will recommend a bouquet preservation service and coordinate the delivery of the bouquet.
Full Wedding Management Fee is $4,995
If your wedding guest count exceeds 150 guests or if your wedding ceremony and reception are located at two venues, we require an additional member of the Howerton+Wooten Events team to assist in the management of your wedding day. The cost is $175 per assistant.
