Jennifer and Jason wanted to design a wedding experience that provided their wedding guests with the same ethereal feel that you get when you watch the Rivendell scene in the movie, Lord of the Rings.

We worked with Jen and Jason to infuse their family traditions, various wood elements and a good dose of humor into their overall feel. We had so much fun planning their wedding. I didn’t want it to come to an end.

Their ceremony took place at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, and their reception took place at the Old Hickory Golf Club. Both of the venues are located in Woodbridge, Virginia.

The Howerton+Wooten Events team designed their ceremony and reception, and provided Partial Planning services for Jennifer and Jason’s wedding.
