I have a thing for chocolate covered cherries, and nothing is better than chocolate for Valentine’s Day.
So, I thought this recipe was perfect for a Valentine’s Day Cocktail.
This cocktail was created by the Natalie Bovie-Nelson (The Liquid Muse), but I found it on the Liquor Snob’s site last year.
I noted the recipe below, but you can find the original recipe here.
Ingredients –
- 1 part Pinky Vodka
- 1/2 part maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 ounce creme de cacao
- 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
- 1 chocolate covered cherry
Directions –
Swirl chocolate sauce around the inside of a martini glass and set aside. Pour Pinky, maraschino liqueur, creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well and strain into chocolate swirled glass. Add a chocolate covered cherry, on a cocktail pick, for garnish.
Enjoy!
