Late last year, a member of the Howerton+Wooten Events “dream team” (Nicete Moodie) shared a pretty yummy beverage recipe with me and I have been a fan of it ever since!

It’s one (1) part of a rum liqueur (we use RumChata) and two (2) parts Iced Coffee.  You combine the two ingredients with ice in your blender until it is smooth and frothy.

Then, you serve it in a glass with a fun straw — By the way, I love serving a dollop of whipped cream with chocolate shavings.  Oh man!  It’s soooo good!
