Washington, DC (June 6, 2018) — The meeting planning firm, Howerton+Wooten Events, which is based in the Washington DC metropolitan area, successfully designed the decor and managed the logistical details for the 20th Anniversary Celebration: Progress X BISC for the Ballot Initiative Strategy Center.  The event was held on Tuesday, June 5 at Dock 5 in Washington, DC’s Union Market.
