Seven Ways You Can Help Others While Quarantined

Hey there Friends!  Good morning!

If you are wondering how can you help others while you are quarantined at home, check out my seven recommendations below. You know — We always feels so much better when we help others.

Pray for Those Working on the Front Lines. As you meditate, chant, sing or pray today, please remember the healthcare professionals, law enforcement officers, grocery store and pharmacy staff, delivery drivers, and all of the other essential workers making sure that our world continues to operate while we stay at home.

Donate Blood. It helps to save lives. Head to the link below to learn and move about the coronavirus and the Red Cross’s safety precautions.

Donate a Book. There are so many children who still don’t have access to the internet or books at home. Keep their positive imagination active by giving them access to books.

Order Takeout from Your Neighborhood Restaurant. Support the independently owned restaurants in your community by ordering lunch or dinner from them at least once a week. Help them to stay viable and in business while we all practice social distancing.

Run Errands for Someone in Need. Run errands to the grocery store or pharmacy for a family member, friend or neighbor who is over the age of 60 or a person with a compromised immune system.

Volunteer at a Food Bank. Head to, to the Feeding America web site to locate your local food bank. If you are unable to volunteer, consider making a monetary or food donation.

Take Care of Yourself. Get some rest. Eat right. Meditate. Hydrate. Reduce the amount of bad news you take in. Practice social distancing. And, wear your mask and gloves when you go outside.

Love and Soul Always, Kawania
