In all of this hot weather, limoncello sounds heavenly right now! Adding a little vodka makes it a just right for a signature drink.

Here is a recipe I found on food.com This recipe serves four lucky drinkers.

Ingredients —

2 ounces limoncello
4 ounces vodka
4 lemon twists

Directions —

1. Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass.
2. Garnish with a lemon twist.

By the way, we enjoyed wetting the glass rim with lemon juice and dipping it in sugar.  Yum!
