Tomorrow, my team and I have the privilege of taking care of the wedding shower for an amazing bride and groom.

I love “twice baked” potatoes, and this hors d’ oeuvres recipe is a little more divine because it has (drum roll, please) bacon!

I found this recipe on the Oprah Winfrey web site, and the site refers to this recipe as a ” . . . textbook example of the ‘work early, relax later’ school of appetizers.”
